Ernstrømgruppen Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct applies to all of us who work at Polyform AS and in Ernströmgruppen and is a platform on which all policies and rules are based. The Code of Conduct exists to provide clarity by establishing guidelines for us to work by, so that each business is run in a way that we can stand up for. In other words, in an ethically correct way.

In the Code of Conduct, you can read about Ernströmgruppens expectations in regard of behaviour towards employees, customers, business partners and stakeholders. It is, so to speak, an extension of our fundamental values and principles and gives a clear picture of the consequences they have in our daily work.
