The POLYFORM® Sub Flowsafe is a cable and hose floatation and protection device with unique features supporting quick and easy installation and reusability. It is made from a rotomolded PE outer shell and filled with polyurethane (PUR) foam, guaranteeing a compressive strength of 500 mH2O.
The Sub Flowsafe devices are equipped with a unique stainless steel hinge and clamp. The hinge is designed to avoid puncturing the outer PE shell of the device, no screws used. All steel parts are placed within the outer diameter of the complete float to protect the locking mechanism and avoid entangling.
Synthetic rubber gaskets locks the Sub Flowsafe in position. The gaskets are available in different sizes to fit cable diameters.
Fitted onto a cable or hose with a distance of 25mm, the internal profile of the Sub Flowsafe still allows winding the hose with clamps mounted to a drum with diameter of 1,8m.
